Crazy Thing Called Dieting

Hi, I’m Debbie Harris, I’m a co-owner of Maynestreet Weight Loss on the Connecticut shoreline and I’ve been getting a lot of feedback from you guys that you’ve been watching my videos and learning about Maynestreet and learning about why our program is different.

Our program is Real food, Real Support, Real Lasting Results. Well, what I’d like you to do now is actually close your eyes. I want you to close your eyes for just a moment. Take a deep breath in and let it out and one more, let’s do one more deep breath and let it out. Keep your eyes closed. I want you to just imagine, think about, pretend that whatever you’re sitting on is magic. 

Magic carpet, a magic chair, a magic couch, and it will take you to your perfect place and when you get to that perfect place, I want you to feel confident, in control, beautiful, absolutely feeling magical.

Why? Because that’s what happens when you finally get control of this crazy thing called dieting and this crazy thing called, What do I eat? And if I don’t eat it, what’s going to happen? If I do eat it am I going to be depressed the rest of the day? The rest of the week? None of that. We want to get rid of all of that. 

I’ve been there, I’ve been there all my life. Not anymore. So now, that perfect place, I want you to feel the best you absolutely can when you get there. Maybe it’s the beach. Maybe it’s an island vacation. Maybe it’s a big affair you’re going to. Anyway, come to a Monday seminar. We’ll tell you all about this program.
