Oh my gosh, Debbie, I’m going here. I’m going there. I’m on your program. I’m losing weight every day but I’m freaking out that I’m gonna blow the whole thing. I’m Debbie Harris. I’m the co-owner of Maynestreet Weight Loss here on the stunning Connecticut shoreline and let me give you a few tips.
First of all, if you’re part of our program, these are things we discuss. We talk about what to do when we go on a business trip. We talk about what to do when we’re on vacation, but maybe you’re not part of our program yet. Here’s a few tips for you this time of year. A lot of people are going away.
There’s a lot, a lot of travelling going on. There are vacations, There’s family visits, There’s hanging out with friends. First and foremost, don’t freak out. Remember you are an adult. If you are looking to eat cleaner to feel healthier and you know what the next couple of months are like. Just think about making the best choice possible. You know, you may have a whole array of things to choose from. You might be at a buffet, you might be at a friend’s house, you might be at a restaurant, making the best choice possible.

Don’t deprive yourself, don’t stress, and by all means don’t feel guilty.
